What three things do you do differently after your program at the East-West Center?

Mac Florendo stated that the three things that he would differently do after would be his leadership style, technical skills in creating and evaluating projects, and his perspectives of his country and the world.

He expressed that The Leadership Challenge Workbook by Kouzes and Posner is used as his baseline for his role for each of his projects, either being the leader or a member. The goal is to be an active member of the group and community to be able to contribute. Mac stated that through his experience in YSEALI Workshop, he learned how to create and evaluate projects. He said that knowing the needed information to make yourself seem important and innovative in front of the audience is crucial.

He stated that Food Rescue ASEAN is his key point in expanding his network in the Philippines and the world.
